The Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival is going gay

Stayed at the hotel on a 5 day coach tour of S. West Ireland. We arrived late about 10p. The staff was at the door to greet us and usher us into dinner, while the luggage was unloaded and taken up to the rooms.

The matchmaking festival is in full swing for the month of Sept,as it is every year for has become a month long dance and music.

The Sunday Independen t reports that the world famous festival which finally opened up to all persuasions in its th year in existence had a great first weekend.. Organizer Donal Mulligan admitted to trepidation at the move but is delighted with the response. They have really gotten behind the whole thing. Already 20 matches have been made according to the report in the paper and drag artist Pandora Bliss, the star of the show, believes love is indeed in the air. Organiser Mulligan believes the event will enlighten people in rural Ireland.
